About Me

My name is Evelyn, and I have decided to elevate my passion for administration and project support. I entered the corporate world in my early 20s when I joined a prominent financial institution as a customer service representative. Through dedication and hard work, I advanced to a leadership role and earned my diploma in business management.

 

Following this position, I transitioned to a fast-paced medical emergency company as a case manager, where I provided support to travelers who encountered difficulties during their overseas trips. As a certified Spanish translator, I enhanced my assistance by overcoming language barriers for those travelers.

Recently, I expanded my experience by becoming a Senior IT Project Coordinator and Business Analyst. I have worked on million-dollar IT projects for Transport NSW, TransGrid, Endeavour Energy, NSW Planning & Environment, and various agencies within the South Australian government.

I aim to establish virtual administrative assistance that provides a wide range of services to support various businesses, projects, and self-employed individuals.
